Terms and Conditions

• Estimated Costs:
• Consulting: Please contact for details.
• Wirebonding: Please contact for details.
• Rush work: Quick turnaround usually possible in most cases, ‘Must turnaround within x’ available upon request. Please contact for details
• Estimated rate of work: Three to five wirebonds per minute, in most cases. If it turns out to be less, there is a good chance we will have suggestions aimed at bringing the rate more in line with four per minute.
• Yield rate: We will make a concerted effort to insure a good interconnection yield rate for your devices. If we detect a problem, we will haltwork until we can contact you to discuss any remedies we may have for the difficulties.
• Additional costs: Consumables can be supplied or furnished by protoconnect at additional cost.  Consumables will be supplied at cost plus 25% of cost.
• Shipping: any shipping cost necessary will be included in your invoice.
• On site service calls include travel time and other travel related expenses.
• Invoices sent out upon completion, or at the end of the month for ongoing projects.  Payment terms 30 days.
• Please provide your shipping address as well as your billing address if different from shipping address.
• PO numbers can be referenced if needed.
• Credit card payments are accepted with a 3.5% surcharge for your convenience.
